Scott Kelly is a Director of Epidemiology at Pfizer, focusing in rare diseases and internal medicine. Scott partners with internal and external stakeholders on the design and conduct of epidemiologic research for regulatory submissions and collaborating within and across these business/research units to define appropriate use cases of epidemiology and real-world data to generate medical insights for product decision-making at various points in a medicine’s life-cycle.
Scott has 14 years’ experience in the clinical research space, collaborating with researchers and physicians in both academia, government and the biopharmaceutical industry. Scott holds a MS in Biostatistics from Georgetown University and a PhD in Epidemiology from George Washington University. Scott completed this postdoctoral fellowship at the Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics (DCEG) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
